Detailed Product Description:

Measurement-while-drilling (MWD) and logging-while-drilling (LWD) use sensors to collect parameters such as the working status of the drilling tool and borehole trajectory in real time, and transmit the information to the analysis system, thereby providing real-time operation guidance for the drilling engineer.
This product is mainly used for vertical well drilling tools, pulse drilling tools, hydraulic oscillators, logging while drilling and MWD drilling tools. It has the functions of diversion, erosion resistance and mud sealing, and can indicate mud pressure and pulse signals.

Working principle :

The inclinometer pulse generator is inserted into the current limiting ring through the control (mushroom head) gap to change the annulus cross-sectional area therebetween. The mud pressure flowing in the drill pipe is changed to form a positive mud pressure pulse to realize signal transmission. The pulse generator is driven by an electromagnetic mechanism to control a small control valve, thereby changing the pressure contrast of the upper and lower end faces of the piston.
